1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how PrimalMogul AI, operated by Supreme Lion Group LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies on primalmogul.com.
It applies to all visitors, free users, paid Members, and customers, across all pages including content pages, membership tier pages, the member dashboard, AI tool areas, store and checkout pages, and forms.
This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in those documents.
2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember information such as login status, cart contents, display preferences, security state, and your cookie choices.
We also use related technologies including pixels, tags, scripts, browser local storage, and session storage. In this Policy, “cookies” includes all of these. Local storage and session storage are listed in the table in Section 6 alongside cookies.
3. Scope and Territorial Application
The Platform is operated from the United States and intended for users located in the United States. We do not target, direct, or market the Platform to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
We apply the following approach regardless of where you visit from: essential cookies are set automatically because the Platform cannot operate without them. All other cookies are set only after you make a choice through our cookie preference control.
4. Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies to:
- keep the website, member dashboard, and AI tool areas functioning;
- maintain login sessions and membership access;
- operate the shopping cart, checkout, and digital product delivery;
- remember your cookie choices and display preferences;
- protect against fraud, spam, bot activity, and unauthorized access to member content;
- measure how the site performs and which pages and resources are used; and
- where applicable and only with your consent, support advertising measurement.
5. Cookie Categories
5.1 Strictly Necessary (always active)
Required for the Platform to operate. These support login sessions, membership access verification, cart and checkout, security and anti-spam protection, and storage of your cookie preferences.
These cannot be disabled through our preference control. Blocking them in your browser will prevent login, checkout, and access to member content.
5.2 Functionality (optional)
Remember display preferences, dashboard settings, and form state to improve repeat visits. Rejecting these makes some features less convenient but does not restrict access.
5.3 Analytics and Performance (optional)
Help us understand which pages and resources are used, where visitors arrive from, how the site performs, and where errors occur. Data is aggregated or pseudonymized where the provider supports it.
5.4 Advertising and Targeting
These cookies are set by advertising and social media providers to measure campaigns, build audiences, and show relevant content on other sites. Under California and several other state laws, this may constitute “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” These cookies are set only with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time through our cookie preference control or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our site footer.
5.5 Security and Platform Integrity (always active)
Detect suspicious login attempts, spam, bot activity, checkout abuse, and unauthorized access to member content. Treated as strictly necessary because they protect your account and our members’ paid content.
5.6 Embedded Content
Pages may contain embedded third-party content such as video players, payment frames, or social media content. Embedded content behaves as if you visited that third party’s site directly and may set its own cookies under its own policies. We do not control it. Where our consent control supports it, embedded content is blocked until you consent.

7. Third-Party Providers
Third parties that may set cookies through the Platform are listed in the table in Section 6 and correspond to the service providers listed in Schedule E of our Privacy Policy. The two lists are maintained together.
We do not control cookies once a third party sets them. Review those providers’ own cookie and privacy policies for their practices.
If we add or remove a provider, this Policy and Privacy Policy Schedule E are updated together.
8. Your Choices
8.1 Cookie Preference Control
Use the cookie preference link in our site footer to accept, reject, or customize optional categories at any time. The control is available on every page, before and after you make an initial choice, and withdrawing consent takes the same number of steps as giving it.
Strictly necessary and security cookies cannot be disabled through this control.
8.2 Your Choice Persists
Your cookie preference is stored for [365] days, after which we ask again. Clearing your browser cookies also clears your preference and the banner will reappear.
8.3 Consent Records
We keep a record of consent choices, including the categories selected and the date, for [24] months, so that we can demonstrate what was consented to and when. These records are not used for marketing.
8.4 Browser Settings
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies will prevent login, membership access, and checkout from working.
8.5 Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal and other recognized universal opt-out mechanisms as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information from the browser sending the signal. Because these signals are browser-based, honoring one does not link the choice to your account unless you are logged in.
8.6 Do Not Track
There is no uniform industry standard for Do Not Track, and we do not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described in Section 8.5.
8.7 No Penalty
Rejecting optional cookies does not change your membership, pricing, access, or level of service in any way.
9. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and to access, correct, or delete personal information.
Full details of these rights, including how to submit a request, our verification process, response deadlines, and the appeal process, appear in Section 12 of our Privacy Policy. Requests go to privacy@primalmogul.com.
Our determination regarding sale and sharing appears in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy and in Section 5.4 above. Both state the same position.
10. Age Requirement
The Platform is for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account.
We do not knowingly set advertising or targeting cookies for anyone under eighteen, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age. If you believe a child has used the Platform, contact privacy@primalmogul.com.
11. Server-Side and Non-Cookie Tracking
Some measurement technologies send data directly from our servers rather than through your browser, so cookie controls cannot block them. We do not currently use server-side tracking or conversion API technologies. If we use such technologies in the future and they process personal information, the choices described in Section 8 and the rights outlined in Section 9 will continue to apply, and we will honor opt-out requests at the server level.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when our technology, providers, or legal obligations change.
For material changes, including adding any new category of cookie or any new third-party provider that sets cookies, we will provide notice through the cookie preference control and request a fresh consent choice before the new technology is active. We will update the version number and effective date above.
Material changes apply prospectively only. We do not apply new tracking technology to information collected before the change without a new consent choice. Continued browsing is not consent. Prior versions are available on request.
